Monthly Maintenance

Note: No. of Visits : Two official visit per month plus 2 additional emergency on-call



Five (5) Computers and Below ------------------------P 1,000/mo.
Six (6) - Ten (10) Computers --------------------------P 1,500/mo.
Eleven (11) - Fifteen (15) Computers----------------P 2,000/mo.
Sixteen (16) - Twenty (20) Computers--------------P 2,500/mo
Twenty one (21) - Twenty five (25) Computers---P 3,000/mo


Service includes the following:


* Virus Check up
* Board and Card Inspection
* PC Hardware Diagnostic Check and Repair
* Software Configuration Test
* Software Installation (Client will provide the installer)
* Hard Disk Integrity Check and Data Back-up
* PC Hardware Dusting and General cleaning
* Peripheral Upgrading (Upon Request)
* De-fragmentation and Optimization
* Network Connectivity Check-up & Configuration



MONITOR & PRINTER REPAIR

(HP DeskJet & Cannon Bubble Jet only for Printer)

Warranty: 2 months. (Service only on the same trouble)

Note: Service fee includes labor cost only. The Client shall shoulder replacement of broken parts. Un-repairable device would cost P250 only to cover service fee.

Peer - peer networking only. File and Print Sharing Configuration. Single-Room Only

Note: Service fee includes labor cost only. The client shall shoulder equipment and materials such as Cable, Hub and Network Interface Cards.
